Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
An empty house, cleaned properly, before somebody else inspects it.

Move-in and move-out cleaning is a deep clean of an empty house, and empty is the important word. With furniture out of the way, everything a house has been hiding is finally reachable: the floor under where the couch stood, the inside of every cabinet and closet, the wall behind the refrigerator, the track of the slider nobody ever opened.
In Laredo the demand for this sits in a very specific place, and it is not where a keyword tool would look. Downtown -- ZIP 78040 -- is the only majority-renter geography in the market: about 62 percent of households there rent, against 63 percent owning citywide, in the oldest housing stock in the city. Where two thirds of a neighborhood rents, leases turn constantly and somebody is always inspecting an empty unit. East Laredo is close behind at roughly half and half. Add the ordinary flow of home sales -- south Laredo alone carries more listings than any other ZIP in the city -- and you have a steady, year-round job that nobody in this market publishes a page for.
Either direction, the scope is the same job seen from opposite ends: you are trying to leave a property in a state somebody else will accept, or arrive in one you do not have to clean before you unpack.
Move-Out Cleaning
A move-out clean is graded by somebody else -- a landlord, a property manager, a buyer with a checklist, a title company's final walkthrough. That makes it a different job from cleaning your own home, where you set the standard.
We clean the empty house end to end: inside every cabinet, drawer and closet, inside the oven and refrigerator, all appliances inside and out, bathrooms scrubbed including grout and silicone, all interior glass, blinds, window and door tracks, vent and return covers, baseboards, trim, doors and frames, then floors last. Furniture marks, wall scuffs and the dust lines above where pictures hung all get attention, because those are exactly what a walkthrough finds. On older downtown housing, where the median home dates to about 1971, the grout, the tracks and the painted trim are where a walkthrough spends most of its time -- and so do we.
- Inside all cabinets, drawers and closets
- Inside oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave
- Bathrooms including grout and silicone
- Interior glass, blinds, window and door tracks
- Vent and return covers, baseboards, trim, doors and frames
- Wall scuffs and furniture marks addressed where cleaning can reach them
- Floors cleaned last, once everything above them is done
Move-In Cleaning
A move-in clean is about not inheriting somebody else's house. Even a property cleaned before closing has usually sat empty for weeks afterwards, and in a dusty climate an empty house keeps collecting the whole time -- through vents, through door seals, through every gap a hot dry wind can find.
We clean before your furniture goes in, which is the only time some of it is reachable. Cabinets and closets get wiped inside so your things go into clean space rather than onto somebody else's crumbs. Bathrooms and the kitchen get sanitized properly. Tracks, sills, blinds and vent covers get cleared. Floors are done last, and then the house is yours rather than the last owner's. In the newer neighborhoods where most sales happen, this is also the moment to catch the construction-era dust sitting in vents and on cabinet tops that nobody has ever reached.
- Full clean before furniture arrives
- Cabinets, drawers and closets wiped inside
- Kitchen and bathrooms sanitized
- Tracks, sills, blinds, thresholds and vent covers cleared
- Appliance interiors cleaned
- Floors finished last
Landlords, Property Managers, and Apartment Turns
If you own or manage rental property in Laredo, the turn between tenants is a deadline job, not a cleaning job. The unit has to be photographable and showable by a date, and the standard has to be the same across every unit so a deposit conversation never turns into an argument about what "clean" meant.
We work from your schedule rather than one call at a time, run the same written scope on every unit so the result is comparable, and give you one point of contact. Downtown and east Laredo are where most of that work sits -- the two ZIPs with the highest renter shares in the market -- and both are ten to twenty minutes from anywhere else we are that day, which is what makes a same-week turn realistic rather than aspirational.
- The same written scope on every unit in a portfolio
- Turnaround dates worked from your schedule, not call by call
- Apartment, duplex and single-family rental turns
- One point of contact across multiple properties
- Photos on request when a unit is finished
