Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of somebody deciding on the day what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.

Laredo asks a different question of a cleaning company than most cities do, because of how the place is put together. About 255,000 people live here and roughly 267,000 live in all of Webb County, which means better than nineteen in twenty county residents live inside the city limits, and there are only two other incorporated towns in 3,375 square miles.
