About Kiwi Cleaning Services

New to Laredo, TX. A fixed checklist, straight answers in English or Spanish, and a guarantee that does not need fine print.

How We Got to Laredo

Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of somebody deciding on the day what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.

Laredo asks a different question of a cleaning company than most cities do, because of how the place is put together. About 255,000 people live here and roughly 267,000 live in all of Webb County, which means better than nineteen in twenty county residents live inside the city limits, and there are only two other incorporated towns in 3,375 square miles. So this is not a metro with suburbs to fan out into. It is one large city that people navigate by side of town -- and the sides are genuinely different. The north side above Loop 20 was built around 2003 and is more than three quarters owner-occupied. Downtown was built around 1971 and nearly two thirds of it rents. Between them sit a growing young-family south side along Cuatro Vientos and a mixed-tenure east side out past Lake Casa Blanca. Most companies write one page for the whole city. We would rather write four and be accurate on each.

The other thing that makes this market its own is the border, and not as a metaphor. Laredo is the busiest port of entry in the United States by trade value, with thousands of commercial trucks crossing every day, and the city's economy runs on warehousing, customs brokerage, import and export. That means a much larger share of the commercial buildings here are warehouse, freight office and logistics space than in a comparable city, and a lot of the households we clean for work schedules tied to bridge hours and shifts. We built our commercial service and our scheduling around that rather than around an assumption about office hours.

What travels with us is the part that does not depend on how long we have been in town. A written checklist so the work does not drift. All supplies and equipment brought to the job. Eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets. And complete service in Spanish -- not a translated afterthought, but a full Spanish version of every page on this site and every conversation from quote to complaint. About 87 percent of Laredo residents aged five and over speak Spanish at home, roughly 205,000 people, and Webb County is about 95 percent Hispanic. An English-first company with a Spanish button has this city backwards.

We are new to Laredo, and we are not going to dress that up. There are businesses here that have been cleaning this city for years and some of them are clearly good at it -- two of the most-reviewed do not even have a website. What we are not going to do is claim credentials or a history in Webb County we have not earned yet. There is not a badge on this site we cannot back up on the day you book. What being new actually means for you is simple: we confirm we can cover your address and your dates before we put you on the schedule instead of taking the booking and sorting it out later, we ask more questions up front than a company that has cleaned your street for fifteen years needs to ask, and the guarantee is not marketing -- it is how a new company earns a second visit.

The Kiwi Cleaning Services team

Our Values

The Same Clean Every Visit

Our 42-point checklist is written down, not remembered. A biweekly house in San Isidro, a lease turn downtown and a freight office on Mines Road follow the same standard, and nothing depends on who happened to show up that day.

Spanish Is Not a Translation Here

We take quotes, agree scopes, schedule work and answer questions in Spanish or English, and every page on this site has a full Spanish version written for people who live here. Hablamos espanol.

Straight Answers

A clear quote for your actual property before we start, with nothing added after the fact. If a drive makes a same-day job unrealistic -- Zapata is an hour out and we say so -- you hear it before you book rather than after.
