This is where the city is growing. The build-out along Cuatro Vientos and US-83 south has filled in over the last two decades -- the median home dates to about 2001 -- and the neighborhoods that came with it are Los Presidentes, Cielito Lindo, Lomas del Sur, Santa Rita, Village South, Riverhill and La Joya.
