Cleaning Services in Pass Christian, MS
Beach house turnovers and house cleaning for the Pass -- Scenic Drive, the harbor, Henderson Point and DeLisle.
Pass Christian is smaller than its reputation and much bigger than its city limits. About 5,700 people live inside the town, up from 4,613 in 2010, but ZIP 39571 covers roughly 14,900 -- two and a half times the city figure -- taking in Henderson Point and the DeLisle side, with a median age of 44. The ZIP straddles a county line, Harrison first and Hancock second, which is normal here and not a mistake.
The Pass was a famous resort before the Civil War, and Scenic Drive still carries the antebellum houses that wealthy New Orleans families built along it. The Southern Yacht Club -- the first in the South and the second in the United States -- began here before moving to New Orleans in 1857. Middlegate Japanese Gardens is on the National Register. The harbor still works, the oyster-shucking trade that once defined the town has declined, and the public schools have collected multiple National Blue Ribbon awards. It is a small town that has been an address for two hundred years.
The storms are inseparable from the housing. Camille hit in 1969, and Katrina drove a 27.8-foot surge through Pass Christian -- the highest storm surge ever recorded in the United States -- leaving only about 500 of roughly 8,000 homes undamaged. What stands today is a mix of raised, rebuilt construction and the survivors, and the two ask for different work: newer houses are tighter but throw the dust of ongoing coastal building around, while the older houses have trim, transoms, porches and original surfaces that reward a checklist and punish a quick pass.
About 331 short-term rentals operate here at the highest average nightly rate of any Mississippi coastal submarket, running about 41 percent occupancy. These are mostly beach houses rather than condo towers, which changes the turnover: more square footage, more glass, more outdoor living space, and guests paying a rate that makes a gritty porch rail or a smeared slider the first thing they notice. Long Beach is the next town east and Gulfport beyond it, so the Pass sits on our main run rather than at the end of one.
The other employer worth naming is industrial. The Chemours plant at DeLisle is the world's second-largest producer of titanium dioxide, and like the rest of this coast it runs on shifts, which is one more reason our recurring schedules here start with the question of when you are actually home.

Local Knowledge
A beach house renting at the highest nightly rates on this coast is measured against a hotel, and the things guests notice are small and consistent: sand in the entry, salt film on the slider, a porch rail nobody wiped, a bathroom that smells like humidity rather than like clean. We run turnovers here as a fixed sequence against your checkout window and finish with photos of every room, so you know the house is guest-ready without driving out to it. For residents, the work is recurring house cleaning and a deep clean once or twice a year, with the beachfront exposure treated as its own set of line items. One address note: if your mail is 39571, you are on this page whether the sign says Pass Christian, Henderson Point or DeLisle.
