Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do comes out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote on the actual property before anyone starts, and a free reclean within 24 hours when we miss.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast asks a different set of questions than a Texas border city does. Forty miles of US-90, three counties, four genuinely different kinds of housing, and roughly 3,600 short-term rentals turning over between Waveland and Ocean Springs. On top of that sits a hospitality economy that does not close: the casinos run twelve months a year, about one in three private jobs in Harrison County is in accommodation and food service, and Keesler cycles roughly 3,100 students through technical training at any given time. So we built the schedule around shift work and checkout windows rather than around a nine-to-five weekday, and we wrote the checklist against what salt air, humidity and sand actually do to a house here.
We are new to Mississippi, and we are not going to dress that up. People have been cleaning this coast for a long time, and some of them are good at it.
