About Kiwi Cleaning Services
New to the Verde Valley. A fixed checklist, straight answers, and a guarantee that does not need fine print.
How We Got to Sedona
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual home before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.
Sedona asks a different question of a cleaning company than a Texas border city does. Roughly 1,800 short-term rentals turn over inside the city limits, guests stay about four nights, and half the homes we clean belong to somebody who is not in town. The work here is measured against a checkout clock and against what an owner expects to walk into after three months away. So we lead with turnovers, we built the recurring service around houses that sit empty between visits, and we pay attention to the two things this high desert actually does to a house: red dust in every track and vent, and hard water on every pane of glass.
We are new here, and we are not going to dress that up. Companies have been cleaning this valley for two decades, and several of them are good at it. What we are not going to do is claim credentials or a local history we have not earned in Arizona yet. You will not find a single badge on this site that we cannot back up on the day you book.
What being new actually means for you is simple. We confirm we can cover your address and your dates before we put you on the schedule, instead of taking the booking and sorting it out later. We ask more questions up front than a company that has cleaned your street for fifteen years needs to ask. And the guarantee is not marketing -- it is how a new company earns a second visit. Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Cornville, Clarkdale, Camp Verde and Rimrock all get the same checklist and the same guarantee.

Our Values
The Same Clean Every Visit
Our 42-point checklist is written down, not remembered. A turnover in the Village and a biweekly house in Cottonwood follow the same standard, and nothing depends on who happened to show up that day.
Two Languages, One Standard
We take quotes, schedule work and answer questions in English or Spanish, and every page here has a full Spanish version. Hablamos espanol.
Straight Answers
A clear quote for your actual home before we start, with nothing added after the fact. If something is past the point where cleaning helps, we tell you instead of quietly working around it.
