House Cleaning in Belmont, Pueblo, CO
Recurring cleaning, deep cleans, and lease turns across Belmont, University Park, and the East Side.
Belmont is the northeast quarter of Pueblo and, measured by ZIP, the second-largest geography in this market: about 31,200 people in 13,868 housing units across ZIP 81001. It is also the youngest and the most Spanish-speaking large ZIP in the county -- 52.6 percent Hispanic, a median age of 34.0 that is four years below anything else of comparable size here, and household incomes that sit well below the county median. This is the part of Pueblo that the rest of the country never hears about, and it is where the Spanish half of this site earns its keep.
Colorado State University Pueblo sits inside this ZIP, which changes the year here in a way it does not change anywhere else in the county. The university is a federally designated Hispanic-Serving Institution with roughly 3,800 students as of fall 2025 and is one of the largest employers in the city; its ThunderWolves won the NCAA Division II football championship in 2014 at the ThunderBowl. August and May are the two hard spikes on this side of town -- move-in, move-out, apartment turnovers, deposit cleans and parent-funded deep cleans, all landing inside the same couple of weeks. That is a different job from a recurring house clean and we treat it as one, which is why this area has a move-in and move-out page of its own.
Belmont itself was prairie until 1951. A Colorado Springs developer named John Bonforte bet that Pueblo would grow northeast, and Bonforte Boulevard still runs through the middle of the neighborhood as the southern approach to the university. The housing is postwar and later -- 1950s tracts through Belmont proper, then University Park and University Hills built from 1976, then the streets running out toward Walking Stick Golf Course on the northeast edge. The Pueblo Mall and the Belmont Shopping Center anchor the commercial side. South and east of all of it sits the East Side, between Fountain Creek and Runyon Lake below the US-50 bypass, with older stock again, and Eastwood Heights above it.
So this side of town needs two things from a cleaning company at once. Newer homes near the university want a checklist because every hard surface shows a dust film and every shower door shows the mineral spotting this water leaves. Older homes on the East Side want time in the right places -- original trim and casings, tile and grout, smaller rooms with more edges, and window tracks that have been collecting grit for decades. Same checklist either way, same standard, and a different amount of it in different rooms. Every bit of it works in Spanish or English.

Local Knowledge
This is the part of the market where our Spanish-language service is operational rather than decorative: you can request a quote, agree a scope, set a schedule and raise a problem in Spanish from start to finish, and the Spanish version of this page says exactly what the English one says about Belmont. The rest is the same as everywhere we work -- a written 42-point checklist so the work does not drift, all supplies and equipment brought with us, eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets, a clear quote for your actual property, and a free re-clean within 24 hours if a job is not right. Belmont is inside the city and about a quarter of an hour from almost everywhere else we go, so a recurring schedule here is one of the easiest in the county for us to hold -- including a Saturday in the middle of August when a lease is ending and nobody else will pick up the phone.
