About Kiwi Cleaning Services
New to Pueblo County. A fixed checklist, straight answers in two languages, and a guarantee that does not need fine print.
How We Got to Pueblo, CO
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.
Pueblo County asks a harder question of a cleaning company than its size suggests, because it is several markets stacked on top of each other. There is the city itself -- about 111,900 people, a county seat with a regional hospital, a state psychiatric hospital, a university, a community college, two school districts and a steel mill inside fifteen minutes of each other, where the housing runs from pre-1950 brick in Bessemer and Mesa Junction to 1980s subdivisions on the southwest side. There is Pueblo West on US-50, thirty-some thousand people on large covenant-controlled lots, where a historic home means 1985. There is the St. Charles Mesa and the US-50 farm belt east of the city, irrigated off the Bessemer Ditch, where Salt Creek is more than three quarters Hispanic and Avondale higher still. And there is the Greenhorn Valley southwest in the foothills of the Wet Mountains, where nearly a third of the housing is somebody's second home. Most companies working this county pick one of those and write as if the others do not exist. We would rather build for all of it and be honest about the differences.
The part of this we take most seriously is the language. Pueblo was 49.3 percent Hispanic at the 2020 census -- essentially half the city -- and it runs higher again in ZIP 81001, in Blende, in Salt Creek and in Avondale. Both of the city's colleges are federally designated Hispanic-Serving Institutions. This is a city where more than 40 languages were once spoken in the steel mill and more than two dozen foreign-language newspapers were published, and where a company that only works in English is only working with half the county. So every page on this site exists in full in Spanish, not as a summary, and you can request a quote, agree a scope, set a schedule and raise a problem in Spanish from start to finish.
We are new here, and we are not going to dress that up. Companies have cleaned this county for a long time and several of them are good at it. What we are not going to do is claim credentials, awards, a local history or a founding year we have not earned in Pueblo County. There is not a badge on this site we cannot back up on the day you book. What being new actually means for you is simple: we confirm we can cover your address and your dates before we put you on the schedule instead of taking the booking and sorting it out later, we ask more questions up front than a company that has cleaned your street for fifteen years needs to ask, and the guarantee is not marketing -- it is how a new company earns a second visit.

Our Values
The Same Clean Every Visit
Our 42-point checklist is written down, not remembered. A recurring house in Pueblo West and a move-out near the university follow the same standard, and nothing depends on who happened to show up that day.
Two Languages, One Standard
We take quotes, schedule work and answer questions in English or Spanish, and every page here has a full Spanish version. In a city that was 49.3 percent Hispanic at the 2020 census, that is the baseline rather than a feature. Hablamos espanol.
Straight Answers
A clear quote for your actual property before we start, with nothing added after the fact. If a drive out to the Greenhorn Valley or a full schedule makes your preferred date unrealistic, we say so before you book rather than after.
