Where We Provide This Service
The Grand Strand is one of the largest short-term rental markets in the country, and the Census number is the honest way to size it: close to 30,000 homes across this metro are counted as seasonal, recreational or occasional-use rather than as year-round residences. North Myrtle Beach alone has 13,347 of them, 48 percent of every housing unit in the city. Somebody has to turn all of that over.
How Our Pricing Works
Every home is different. So is every quote.

More about Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaning in Myrtle Beach
Neighborhoods, local conditions, and how we work here.

We run turnovers as a fixed sequence rather than as a general clean, because a turnover is a deadline. Strip and remake beds, bathrooms, kitchen and dishes, floors and sand, restock consumables, stage the property, photograph every room, out. The photos go to you when we walk out, so you can confirm a property is guest-ready without driving over to look, and anything broken or missing gets reported before a guest finds it.
We work with individual owners and with property managers running multiple units, across Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach, Murrells Inlet and Little River.
Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaning
Guests notice a short list of things, and it is always the same list: the bed, the bathroom, the floor under their feet, and whether the place smells like the last group. A turnover has to get those right before it gets anything else right, and it has to do it in the window between one checkout and the next check-in.
So we work the same order every time and end the same way every time -- consumables restocked, the property staged to match the listing photos, and a photo set sent to the owner. If a lamp is broken, a remote is missing, or a shower door is coming off its track, that goes in the same message. Finding out from us is always better than finding out from a review.
The Saturday Changeover
Anyone who has hosted here knows the shape of the season. Peak-season beach houses run Saturday to Saturday: guests leave Saturday morning, the entire coast turns over on the same day, and the next group is pulling in that afternoon. Condos are more flexible and run closer to year-round, off-season minimums drop to a few nights, and winter brings monthly snowbird stays.
That concentration is the whole scheduling problem in this market. Saturday is not a slow day here, it is the day everybody needs a crew at once. We plan Saturdays in advance rather than taking them as they come, which means the single most useful thing you can send us is your calendar -- as far out as you have it. We will tell you which dates we can cover and which we cannot, rather than accepting everything and sorting it out later.
Condos and Beach Houses Are Different Jobs
Oceanfront Myrtle Beach is condo country -- mostly one and two-bedroom units in high-rises along Ocean Boulevard. They turn fast, they turn often, and the recurring problems are salt film on the sliders and balcony glass, sand tracked through a single entry, and a compact kitchen that has to be reset completely.
Surfside, Garden City and Cherry Grove are the opposite: multi-story beach houses, half of them whole-house rentals sleeping eight or more, with three flights of stairs, decks, outdoor showers and bunk rooms. Beds and towels come in volume, everything is carried vertically, and the order of operations decides whether the turn takes three hours or five. It is why cleaning companies on this coast quote by the number of stories. When you send a quote request, tell us which of those two properties you have -- it matters more than the bedroom count.
Short-Term Rental Cleaning for Property Managers
Running several units turns cleaning into a scheduling problem rather than a cleaning problem. We work straight off your booking calendar instead of asking you to call in each turn, coordinate same-day changeovers across properties where we can cover them, and give you one point of contact rather than a different cleaner per unit.
We would rather be honest about capacity than overbook a Saturday in June. Send us the portfolio -- properties, sizes, typical turn windows -- and we will tell you what we can commit to and what we cannot. Volume arrangements are available once you are running multiple properties or frequent turns.
