Why We Are Here
Kiwi Cleaning Services started with one stubborn idea: a cleaning company should be able to tell you exactly what it is going to do before it does it, and then do that same thing every single visit. That is where the 42-point checklist came from. It is why we bring our own supplies instead of using whatever is under your sink, and it is why we would rather reclean a job free within 24 hours than argue about whether it was good enough.
The Grand Strand is a new market for us and we are not going to dress that up. We have not been cleaning condos on Ocean Boulevard for a decade and we are not going to pretend otherwise on a web page. What we can tell you is why we came. This is a 60-mile arc of coast with close to 30,000 homes that the Census counts as seasonal rather than year-round, sitting in front of a metro that added something like 65,000 residents in four years. Very few of the people who need this work done are being served by anyone who has actually written down what a good clean is.
That shaped how we work here. A host with a three-story beach house that sleeps ten is not looking for a housekeeper, they are looking for someone who understands that Saturday is the day the entire coast changes over at once, that checkout and check-in are hours apart, and that the review their next guest writes gets decided in between. So turnovers run as a fixed sequence rather than a general tidy, they end with photos of every room sent to the owner, and anything broken or missing gets reported before a guest finds it.
The year-round side gets the same treatment. Recurring house cleaning for the families inland in Carolina Forest, Socastee and Conway, deep cleans for a property coming out of a long empty stretch, move-in and move-out cleaning including the first clean on a new build, and commercial cleaning for the offices, medical suites and storefronts behind the tourism economy. Same checklist, same products, same guarantee, whether the address is oceanfront or fourteen miles inland across the Intracoastal Waterway.
