Within one business day. Because Myrtle Beach is a new market for us, we confirm that we can cover your dates in your area before anything goes on the schedule. If your dates are tight -- a Saturday changeover in June, for example -- say so in the message and we will tell you quickly whether we can take it.

What information do you need to quote a vacation rental turnover?

Accepted Answer

Bedrooms and bathrooms, how many guests it sleeps, whether it is an oceanfront condo or a multi-story beach house and how many flights of stairs, whether linens are on site or supplied, your usual checkout and check-in times, and how many properties you run. Those tell us almost everything about how long a turn takes and whether we can hold a Saturday for you.

What do you need to quote a house or an office?

Accepted Answer

The type of cleaning, the size in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, the town, and how often you want us. Pets, stairs, screened porches and any rooms you would rather we skip are all useful to know up front.

Accepted Answer

Either. Use the quote form on this site, call 956-505-KIWI, or email info@kiwi-cleaners.com. Hosts and property managers running several units usually find email easiest, because we can work straight off your calendar instead of one turn at a time.
