Sixty-two inches of rain a year means grout and silicone hold moisture, window tracks collect a damp grey line, closets that never see moving air start to smell like closets, and vent covers grey over with condensation film. None of that responds to a wipe-down. It responds to time, the right product and somebody willing to get down and do it properly.

What a Deep Clean Includes
Everything in a standard clean, plus the scope that only makes sense when you have the time to do it. We work top to bottom and finish on the floors, because anything else means cleaning the same floor twice.
Kitchens get appliance interiors, the tops of cabinets, backsplash and the space behind and under whatever moves. Bathrooms get grout, silicone, mineral marks on glass and fixtures, and the exhaust fan cover. The rest of the house gets baseboards, trim, doors and frames, blinds, window tracks and sills, light fixtures, switch plates, vent covers and ceiling fans -- and the corners of closets, which is where a humid climate quietly does its work.

Houses that have never had one are usually the most dramatic. If it has been a few years, expect this to take most of a day and expect the difference to be visible in photographs.
What a Deep Clean Cannot Fix
We would rather tell you before we start than after we finish. Mildew that has gone through the grout and into the substrate does not come back with cleaning -- that grout needs replacing. Hard-water deposits that have etched glass are permanent damage rather than dirt. And a persistent damp smell that returns within days of a thorough clean is a moisture problem, not a cleaning problem, and it needs somebody who tests and remediates rather than somebody who scrubs.
