Cleaning Services in Zachary, LA
House cleaning and maid service at the north end of East Baton Rouge Parish, on a schedule you set.
Zachary has grown from 11,275 residents in 2000 to 19,316 at the 2020 census -- around 71 percent in twenty years -- and almost everyone who moved here can tell you why. In 2003 the Zachary Community School System separated from the East Baton Rouge Parish system -- one of the parish breakaways that Central repeated in 2007 and that St. George spent the next two decades fighting for. Twenty years of families choosing a town for its schools produces a very particular housing pattern: steady building, established neighborhoods filling in around an older core, and households who stay long enough to care what their house looks like in year eight.
It sits on about twenty-six square miles at the north end of the parish, 16.4 miles and about twenty-five minutes from downtown Baton Rouge. That is far enough out to feel like its own town and close enough in that a crew working here in the morning can be in Baker or Central by early afternoon.
The cleaning problem in Zachary is the same one the whole region has, arriving through bigger houses and more of them. Sixty-two inches of rain a year gets into bathroom grout, window tracks, closet corners and the vents. Spring pollen coats everything. Storms put mud in the entryway. What separates a house that looks clean the day we leave from one that still looks clean two weeks later is whether anybody bothered with tracks, sills, thresholds, grout and vent covers -- which is why those are line items on our checklist here rather than upgrades.
One honest observation about this town. Search for a cleaner in Zachary and you get a wall of national directories, two franchise pages and a company based forty minutes away in Gonzales. Not one business actually in Zachary is answering the question with its own page. We are not from here either and we are not going to pretend we are -- but we will at least write the page.

Local Knowledge
We are new to Zachary and we would rather say so than dress it up. What we can promise from the first visit is the part that does not depend on how long anybody has been in town: a written 42-point checklist so the clean is the same every time, all supplies and equipment brought with us, eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets, a quote for your actual house before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours if we miss something. Quotes and scheduling work in English or Spanish. Weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time visits are all normal here, and you are not locked into whichever one you start with.
