How quickly will I get a response to my quote request?

Within one business day. Greater Baton Rouge is a new market for us, so we confirm we can cover your address and your dates before we put anything on the schedule rather than promising a slot first and working it out later.

What do you need to know to quote a house?

Accepted Answer

The type of cleaning, bedrooms and bathrooms or the square footage, the city or the ZIP, and how often you want us. Pets, stairs, and any rooms you would rather we skip are useful up front. If the house has been sitting empty, or if it was rebuilt after the 2016 flood and you are watchful about anything that smells damp, tell us that too -- it changes where we spend the time.

What do you need to quote an office or a facility?

Accepted Answer

The type of space, the approximate square footage, your operating hours and how many people are through it in a day. For clinics, schools, industrial-site buildings and anything with sign-in, escort or safety requirements, tell us those at the start so we build the scope around them. Commercial quotes follow a free walk-through, not a phone estimate.

Can you work Saturdays?

Yes. Our hours run Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Central time. Saturday is worth asking about in the fall in particular, when LSU home weekends reorganize half the city and short-term rental turnovers land in a burst.

How far out do you cover, and does the drive change anything?

We cover the four parishes we can genuinely reach, and this market is unusually compact: Port Allen is about five minutes from downtown, St. George between thirteen and twenty-two depending on the neighborhood, Baker about twenty-one, Central and Denham Springs a little over twenty, Prairieville and Zachary around twenty-five, and Gonzales about thirty-two at the far end. None of that is a reason to say no. It is a reason to talk about timing when we schedule rather than after. Those are free-flowing estimates, not promises -- the interstate split and the river bridge both have opinions of their own.
