How quickly will I get a response to my quote request?

Within one business day. Southern Utah is a new market for us, so we confirm we can cover your dates and your part of the county before we put anything on the schedule rather than promising a slot first and working it out later.

What information do you need to quote a rental turnover?

Accepted Answer

Bedrooms and bathrooms, how many the property sleeps, whether linens stay on site or go out for laundering, your usual checkout and check-in times, how much patio or outdoor space there is, and which city and subdivision the property is in. That last one matters more here than most places, because a turn in Washington City and a turn in Springdale are different jobs on different clocks.

What do you need to quote a house or a business?

The type of cleaning, the size in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, the city, and how often you want us. Pets, stairs, whether the house is newly built, and any rooms you would rather we skip are useful up front. For an office, a clinic, a clubhouse or a distribution-site building, tell us your operating hours and any site access requirements so we can build the scope around them.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mountain time. Utah observes daylight saving, so we are on the same clock as Denver rather than Phoenix -- worth knowing if you are calling from Arizona or Nevada. Saturday is a working day here rather than a courtesy: weekend rental blocks put a large share of the turnover work on Saturday morning.

How far out do you cover, and does the drive change anything?

We cover Washington County, but it is not one compact service area. Washington City, Santa Clara and Ivins are short runs from St. George. Hurricane is 19 miles and about 25 minutes. Springdale is about 42 miles and roughly 45 minutes on a road that fills with park traffic in season. None of that is a reason to say no -- it is a reason to talk about timing when we schedule rather than after.
