Kiwi Cleaning Services started with one stubborn idea: a cleaning company should be able to tell you exactly what it is going to do before it does it, and then do that same thing every single visit. That is where the 42-point checklist came from. It is why we bring our own supplies instead of using whatever is under your sink, and it is why we would rather reclean a job free within 24 hours than argue about whether it was good enough.

Savannah is a new market for us, and we are not going to dress that up. We have not been cleaning houses under these live oaks for a decade and we are not going to pretend otherwise on a web page. What we can tell you is why we came. This is a real metro with real housing variety, a visitor economy that brought 12.9 million people through in 2024 and again in 2025, and a short-term rental layer big enough that hosts here need an operations partner rather than occasional help.

The other reason is the shape of the work. Cleaning a heart-pine floor in a nineteenth-century house on a square is a different job from cleaning a five-year-old build in Pooler, which is a different job again from turning a Tybee beach house between a Saturday checkout and a Saturday check-in.
