How quickly will I get a response to my quote request?

Most quote requests get a reply within a few hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM Eastern). Requests that come in overnight are answered first thing the next morning. We confirm crew availability for your address as part of that first reply, so you know your date before you commit to anything.

What information do you need for a quote?

The type of clean you want, the size of the place (bedrooms and bathrooms), the address or ZIP, and how often you want us. For a vacation home, add the checkout and check-in times you have to hit and how many units you are running. Extra details help: pets, a screened lanai or pool bath, or anything that has been skipped for a while.

Either. Send the quote form on this site, call 956-505-KIWI, or email info@kiwi-cleaners.com. Hosts and property managers running several units usually find email easiest, since you can paste a calendar straight in.
