Who We Are
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 with one rule that has not changed since: leave every home better than we found it, and say plainly what we did. That turned into a written 42-point checklist so the standard is the same whoever is holding the mop, and a guarantee with no fine print -- if a clean is not right, we come back and reclean it free within 24 hours.
Kissimmee is a new market for us, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. What travels with us is the part that is actually portable: the checklist, the training behind it, the guarantee, and a quote written for your actual home before anyone starts work. What we are building here is the rest -- the crew, the routes, and the local knowledge that only comes from doing the work.
We did not open here by throwing a dart at Florida. Kissimmee, Four Corners, and Davenport hold one of the largest concentrations of vacation homes in the country, and around them sit six fast-growing communities full of households who would rather spend Saturday on Lake Toho than on the baseboards. Those are two genuinely different jobs -- a turnover is a deadline, a household clean is a relationship -- and we run them as two different services rather than one service with a different name on the invoice.
We also built this market bilingual from day one. Osceola County is 54.3% Hispanic and the city of Kissimmee is 67.1%, with Puerto Ricans the largest ancestry group in the county. Every page of this site exists in Spanish, and you can quote, book, and ask questions in whichever language you prefer.
