How quickly will I get a response to my quote request?

We reply within one business day. The Hill Country is a new market for us, so we confirm we can cover your dates and your part of it before we put anything on the schedule, rather than promise a slot first and sort it out afterward.

What are your hours, and what if my turnover lands on a weekend?

Accepted Answer

We schedule Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Central time. This is a Friday-to-Sunday destination, so we know a lot of checkouts land at the end of a weekend. Send us your actual checkout and check-in times and we will tell you straight which windows we can hold and which we cannot, instead of taking the booking and hoping.

What information do you need to quote a rental turnover?

Bedrooms and bathrooms, how many the property sleeps, whether linens stay on site or go out for laundering, your usual checkout and check-in times, and whether there are porches, decks or a courtyard that need sweeping. If it is a guest cottage behind a main house or a ranch property with more than one building, tell us that too -- it changes the shape of the job more than square footage does.

What do you need to quote a house or a business?

Accepted Answer

The type of cleaning, the size of the space in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, the town, and how often you want us. Pets, wood-burning fireplaces and any rooms you would rather we skip are useful to know up front. For a tasting room, a shop or an office, tell us your hours so we can work around them.

Either. Use the quote form on this site, call 956-505-KIWI, or email info@kiwi-cleaners.com. Hosts and property managers running several properties usually find email easiest, because we can work straight off your calendar instead of taking each turn as a phone call.
