Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.

The Hill Country asks a different question of a cleaning company than a border city does. Around 2,200 short-term rentals turn over in and around a town of roughly 10,900 people, the calendar runs Friday to Sunday, and a large share of the houses we clean belong to somebody who is not in town that week.
