About Kiwi Cleaning Services
New to the Texas Hill Country. A fixed checklist, straight answers, and a guarantee that does not need fine print.
How We Got to the Hill Country
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.
The Hill Country asks a different question of a cleaning company than a border city does. Around 2,200 short-term rentals turn over in and around a town of roughly 10,900 people, the calendar runs Friday to Sunday, and a large share of the houses we clean belong to somebody who is not in town that week. The buildings are different too: limestone and fachwerk cottages from the 1840s, restored Sunday Houses, guest quarters behind a main house, ranch properties with more than one building to reset. So we lead with turnovers here, we built the recurring service around houses that sit empty between visits, and we pay attention to the thing this limestone country actually does to a house, which is leave hard water on every pane of glass and every fixture in the bathroom.
We are new here, and we are not going to dress that up. There are people who have been cleaning Fredericksburg, Kerrville and Boerne for twenty-five years, and some of them are very good at it. What we will not do is claim credentials or a local history we have not earned in this part of Texas. You will not find a badge on this site we cannot back up on the day you book.
What being new actually means for you is simple. We confirm we can cover your address and your dates before we put you on the schedule, instead of taking the booking and sorting it out later. We ask more questions up front than a company that has cleaned your road for fifteen years needs to ask. And the guarantee is not marketing -- it is how a new company earns a second visit. Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Boerne, Comfort, Stonewall and Johnson City all get the same checklist and the same guarantee.

Our Values
The Same Clean Every Visit
Our 42-point checklist is written down, not remembered. A Sunday-afternoon guesthouse turn on the wine road and a biweekly house in Kerrville follow the same standard, and nothing depends on who happened to be working that day.
Two Languages, One Standard
We take quotes, schedule work and answer questions in English or Spanish, and every page here has a full Spanish version. Better than 40 percent of Comfort is Hispanic, and better than a quarter of Kerrville and Boerne. Hablamos espanol.
Straight Answers
A clear quote for your actual property before we start, with nothing added after the fact. If a window you booked cannot be covered, we say so before it is on the calendar rather than after.
