Move-Out Cleaning
A move-out clean is a deposit-recovery job, and it gets graded by somebody with a clipboard rather than by how the place smells. That changes what we prioritize. Landlords and property managers check the same short list nearly every time: inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and closet shelves, bathroom grout, baseboards, window and door tracks, and the garage floor.
We clean to that list rather than to a general impression of tidiness. Book at least a week out, and further ahead than that for the last two weeks of March and the first two of April -- that is when seasonal departures and end-of-lease turnovers land on top of each other and the calendar tightens fast.
Move-In Cleaning
