Kiwi Cleaning Services started with one stubborn idea: a cleaning company should be able to tell you exactly what it is going to do before it does it, and then do that same thing every single visit. That is where the 42-point checklist came from. It is why we bring our own supplies instead of using whatever is under your sink, and it is why we would rather reclean a job free within 24 hours than argue about whether it was good enough.
Yuma is a new market for us and we are not going to dress that up. We have not been cleaning houses on the Yuma Mesa for a decade and we are not going to pretend otherwise on a web page. What we can tell you is why we came. This is a city of about 105,000 in a county of about 224,000 where the demand is plain residential house cleaning, where the two biggest towns south of it are more than nine in ten Hispanic and nobody serving them has a Spanish-language website, and where the Census counts more than ten thousand seasonal homes that somebody has to open up in the fall and close down in the spring.
That seasonal layer shaped how we plan work here. A snowbird who drives in from Alberta or the Pacific Northwest in November does not want a cleaner discovered at the last minute after the dust sheets come off. They want a date on the calendar before they leave home, an open-up clean waiting when they arrive, and a close-up clean booked for the week they head back. Fortuna Foothills alone has nearly five thousand of those homes. So we schedule the season, not the week.
The rest follows the same standard. House cleaning and maid service on whatever frequency you set, deep cleans for a home coming out of a long vacancy, move-in and move-out cleaning for PCS orders out of MCAS Yuma and for the March and April departures, seasonal and vacation-rental turnovers, and commercial cleaning for offices, clinics and storefronts around town.
