The type of cleaning, the size of the home in bedrooms and bathrooms, the address or at least the ZIP, and how often you want us. Pets, a casita or guest house, a patio or pool deck you want included, and any rooms you would rather we skip are all useful to know up front.

What do you need to know about a seasonal home?

Accepted Answer

Whether you want an open-up clean, a close-up clean, or both, roughly when you arrive and when you leave, and whether the home sits empty in between. If someone else holds a key or a gate code -- a park office, a neighbor, a property manager -- tell us who, because that usually decides how a visit gets scheduled.
