San Luis is the second-largest city in Yuma County and the fastest-growing, with about 42,000 residents -- more than Fortuna Foothills, and by some distance the biggest of our four Yuma-area communities. It sits 24.8 miles south of downtown Yuma, roughly 33 minutes on US-95 and Arizona 195, right at the port of entry to San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora.
It is also, demographically, a completely different market from the Foothills. San Luis is 92.4 percent Hispanic, and 46.6 percent of residents in ZIP 85349 were born outside the United States. Housing vacancy is 2.7 percent across 9,826 units, which is about as close to fully occupied as an American city gets. Nothing about this town is seasonal. These are year-round households, and the work here is ordinary, recurring house cleaning done well and done on a schedule people can rely on.
That is the service we lead with in San Luis: weekly, biweekly or monthly house cleaning and maid service, plus deep cleans when a home needs a reset and move-in and move-out cleaning around a lease or a sale. We work in Spanish or English throughout -- quote request, scheduling, the crew at the door, and every page of this site. In a city where more than nine in ten residents are Hispanic and none of the established local cleaning companies publish a single page in Spanish, that should not be a differentiator. Here it is.
