How quickly will I get a response to my quote request?

Within one business day. Because Port St. Lucie is a new market for us, we confirm that we can cover your address on your dates before anything goes on the schedule. If your dates are tight -- a same-day turnover, or an open-the-house clean before a flight lands -- say so in the message and we will tell you quickly whether we can take it.

Are your hours Eastern time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Monday to Saturday hours are US Eastern, the same clock the whole Treasure Coast runs on, and they shift with daylight saving. Worth checking if you are arranging service for a parent's home from Chicago or Denver, which happens here more than you might expect.

My mail says Fort Pierce but I live in Port St. Lucie. Which do I put on the form?

Accepted Answer

Either one. This is a real quirk of the local ZIP map rather than a mistake: the Postal Service accepts both "Port St. Lucie" and "Fort Pierce" as the city name on every Port St. Lucie ZIP -- 34952, 34953, 34983, 34984, 34986 and 34987 -- and four of those also accept "St. Lucie West." Put whichever your mail uses and add the ZIP. We route from the ZIP, so nothing gets lost.

What do you need to quote a house?

Accepted Answer

The type of cleaning, the size in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, the town or ZIP, and how often you want us. Pets, a screened lanai or pool cage, tile versus carpet, and any rooms you would rather we skip are all useful up front. If the house is brand new or has been closed up for a season, tell us -- both change the first visit considerably.

What information do you need to quote a vacation rental turnover?

Accepted Answer

Bedrooms and bathrooms, how many guests it sleeps, whether it is a condo or a standalone house, whether linens stay on site or go out for laundering, your usual checkout and check-in times, and how many properties you run. If it is on the barrier island, say so -- salt film on glass and sand at the entry add time to every turn.
