How quickly will I get a response to my quote request?

We reply to every Lubbock quote request within one business day, and usually much faster during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM Central). Lubbock is a new market for us, so the first thing we do is confirm crew availability for your part of the metro before we give you a date.

What information do you need for a quote?

Four things get you an accurate number: the type of cleaning you want, the size of your home in bedrooms and bathrooms, where you are in the metro, and how often you want us. Details like pets, a house that has not been cleaned in a while, or a hard move-out deadline help us be more precise rather than less.
