Who We Are
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 with one idea: a cleaning company should be judged on whether it does the same job every single visit. Not on how good the website looks, not on how many logos it puts in the footer, but on whether the baseboards got done again this week the way they did last week.
That is where the 42-point clean checklist came from. It is written down, the cleaner works through it, and the same items get checked in your home whether it is our first visit or our fortieth. It is also where the Kiwi Clean Guarantee came from: if something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it free. No questions and no argument about whether it qualifies.
Lubbock is a new market for us, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. We are not going to tell you we have been on the South Plains for a decade or that we grew up on Slide Road. What we bring is a process that already works, products that are eco-friendly and safe around kids and pets, a quote for your actual home instead of a guess off a price list, and a team that works in English or Spanish depending on what you prefer.
What we did do before opening here was learn the place. Lubbock cleaning is a dust problem and a hard-water problem before it is anything else, the whole metro is inside a twenty-minute drive, and the calendar is set by the Texas Tech lease cycle. Our checklist and our scheduling are built around those facts, not copied from a manual written for a wetter, greener city.
