What information do you need for a quote?

The type of cleaning, the size of the home in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, which part of the region you are in, and how often you want us. Pets, the current condition of the home, and any rooms you would rather we skip are useful up front. If the house has been sitting through a winter of ice melt and grit at the entries, say so -- that is a real difference in hours here, not a detail.

What do you need to quote a move-out or PCS clean?

Accepted Answer

The size of the place, whether it will be empty when we arrive, which appliances stay, whether there is a garage or a finished basement, and the date of your inspection or handover. Empty units get the best result because we can reach every corner, so schedule us after the truck leaves if you can.

Question 4

What do you need to quote a turnover or a commercial space?

Accepted Answer

For a short-term rental: bedrooms and bathrooms, how many the property sleeps, whether linens are on site or supplied, your usual checkout and check-in times, and how many properties you run. For an office or commercial space: square footage, how many nights a week you want us, restroom count, floor types, and how after-hours access works.
