Move-in and move-out cleaning is a deep clean of an empty property, and empty is the important word. With furniture out of the way, everything a place has been hiding is finally reachable: the floor under where the couch stood, the inside of every cabinet and closet, the wall behind the refrigerator, the track of the balcony slider nobody ever cleaned.
