Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.

Branson asks a different question of a cleaning company than a Texas border city does. More than three thousand short-term rentals turn over here, and close to two-thirds of them are condos and apartments stacked inside resort buildings rather than houses on their own lots.
