Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Leave the old place spotless, move into a fresh one, or hand a brand-new cabin to its first guest.

Moving is stressful enough without the cleaning. Whether you are a tenant trying to get a deposit back, an owner preparing a place for the next occupant, or a builder handing over a cabin that has never been lived in, this service takes that whole task off the list.
A move clean covers what an inspection actually checks: inside every cabinet, drawer, and closet, appliance interiors, interior windows, baseboards and trim, bathroom tile and grout, light fixtures, and the garage or carport floor. We work in empty properties and partially furnished ones -- empty gets the better result, because we can reach every corner.
In these mountains there is a third version of the job that matters as much as the other two: the first clean on a newly built cabin. Log-cabin construction has been the growth engine of this county since GA-515 opened in the 1980s and it has not stopped, so there is a steady stream of cabins going from finished to listed -- especially out through the Mineral Bluff corridor and around the lakes. Construction dust is a completely different problem from guest mess. It is in the window tracks, on top of the door frames, inside the cabinets, on the deck rails, and it comes back twice before it stops.
Move-Out Cleaning
A move-out clean is a deposit-recovery job, and it is judged by somebody with a clipboard rather than by how the place smells. That changes the priorities. The short list an inspection almost always covers: inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and closet shelves, bathroom grout, baseboards, window tracks, and the garage floor.
We clean to that list rather than to a general impression of tidiness. Empty units give the best result, so if you can schedule us after the truck leaves, do. Book at least a week out.
Move-In Cleaning
A move-in clean is the opposite problem. Nobody is grading it -- you just do not want to unpack into somebody else's grime. The previous occupant's idea of clean usually stopped at eye level, and whatever the place sat through while it was vacant is still there. In a mountain house that has been closed through a wet winter, that can mean damp closets and a musty pantry as much as dust.
We do this before the furniture arrives: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the appliances you are about to put food in, bathroom fixtures and grout, closet shelving, ceiling fans, and every floor in the place. A few hours of work that saves you from discovering the state of the kitchen drawers with boxes already stacked in front of them.
First Clean for New Cabins
A newly built cabin going onto a rental program has one shot at its first review, and construction dust is unforgiving. It settles on top of door frames and ceiling fan blades, packs into window tracks and slider channels, coats the inside of cabinets and drawers, hides under the lip of every counter, and sits in the grain of new deck boards and railings. It also keeps falling for a while after the trades leave, which is why a single wipe-down never holds.
Our first clean works top down and expects to revisit: fixtures and fans, window tracks and sliders, cabinet and drawer interiors, appliance interiors and the film on their exteriors, adhesive residue and stickers, hearth and firebox, deck boards and railings, then floors last. Book it close to your first booking rather than close to the final inspection -- and if that first booking is in October, book it early, because that is the tightest window in the year here.
