Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.
Blue Ridge asks a different question of a cleaning company than a Texas border city does. Thousands of cabins sit in the ridges and coves of these three counties, almost all of them entire homes, most of them three bedrooms or more, and better than half of them sleeping eight or more people at a time. The work is measured against a checkout clock in October and against what a second-home owner expects to walk into after three months away. So we lead with turnovers, we built the recurring service around houses that sit closed between visits, and we pay attention to what these mountains actually do to a cabin: sixty inches of rain a year, mud and wet boots, pollen in spring, leaf litter every October, wood ash from a fireplace that gets used, and a hot tub that has to be right for the next group.
