We build the scope during the free walk-through -- nightly, weekly, monthly -- and then hold to it. Restroom sanitation and restocking, floor care, trash and recycling handling, entryway and common-area upkeep, and consumable supply management are the usual backbone. In a Kern County building we also write entry matting, interior glass, blinds and vent and return covers into the schedule rather than leaving them to a once-a-year extra.
