Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in Brownsville, at the southern tip of Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.

There is a specific reason Bakersfield was on our list rather than another city of four hundred thousand people. In the American Lung Association State of the Air rankings published on 21 April 2026, the Bakersfield-Delano metro ranked first in the United States for year-round particle pollution. Brownsville-Harlingen-Raymondville, where this company started, ranked second.
