Some people call it house cleaning and plenty of our customers call it maid service. It is the same job: a professional who comes on a set schedule, works through a written checklist, and leaves the place ready to live in. In this city the two phrasings pull the same searches, which tells you nobody local distinguishes between them either.

What separates a real maid service from a one-off clean is the relationship. Your cleaner learns which slider everybody actually uses, which shower door needs the descaler and which one does not, which rug the dog claims, and whether the travertine in the entry wants a different product from the tile in the kitchen. After a few visits nobody is following a generic script -- they are cleaning your house the way you would if you had the time.

Most households here land on biweekly -- it keeps a house genuinely clean without paying for visits you do not need. Weekly earns its keep in houses with kids, pets, a pool that everyone actually uses, or a lot of hard floor that shows every footprint. Monthly suits smaller and tidier homes that mainly want the heavy work handled.

Scottsdale households also move between frequencies as the year turns, more than in most markets: tighter through monsoon season, tighter again through the winter months when the house is full, and looser through the deep summer when it is not.
