About Kiwi Cleaning Services in Scottsdale
The company is new to the Northeast Valley. The cleaners are not -- they work this city.
How We Got to Scottsdale
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.
Scottsdale happened the way we would like every market to happen: the people came first. Our cleaners work this city, and the market opened because the crew was already here, not the other way around. That shows up in ordinary, practical ways. We know that the city is thirty-one miles long and plan routes as though that were true, because it is. We know which weeks of February the rental stock turns over and which weeks of October the closed houses reopen. We know what a haboob leaves behind in a door track, and we know that the first thing a Scottsdale customer looks at when we are finished is the shower glass.
The three places we serve are not one job repeated. Scottsdale itself runs from 1950s ranch houses and condos near Old Town to desert custom homes on acre lots at the north end, with the ranch communities and the Airpark in between. Paradise Valley is large-lot, single-family and low-density, wrapped around Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain, with the Valley's oldest resort corridor running through it. Fountain Hills sits in its own bowl east of the McDowells, reached by Shea Boulevard, with an older resident skew, a lot of golf, and a real seasonal-rental layer. One checklist covers all three, and the time a house takes moves with the house, not with the town on the envelope.
What we will not do is claim what we have not earned. No credential badges, no invented history in Arizona, no number of five-star reviews we do not have. There is not a claim on this site we cannot back up on the day you book. What we offer instead is simpler: cleaners who work this city, a written standard, both languages in full, and a guarantee that needs no fine print -- if a clean is not right, we come back and reclean it free within 24 hours.

Our Values
The Same Clean Every Visit
Our 42-point checklist is written down, not remembered. A recurring house in McCormick Ranch and a move-out in Fountain Hills follow the same standard, and nothing depends on who happened to show up that day.
Actually Local
Our cleaners work Scottsdale daily, from Old Town to the north end. Your house is on a Scottsdale route, not at the end of a drive from somewhere else -- and in a city this long, that is the difference between a schedule that holds and one that slips.
Two Languages, One Standard
We take quotes, schedule work and answer questions in English or Spanish, and every page here has a full Spanish version. Hablamos español.
