The type of cleaning, bedrooms and bathrooms or square footage, the city or ZIP, and how often you want us. Pets, a screened porch, a garage you want included and any rooms you would rather we skip are all useful to know up front.

What do you need to quote a beach condo turnover?

Accepted Answer

Bedrooms and how many the unit sleeps, whether linens are on site or supplied, whether the building has an elevator and a service entrance, your checkout and check-in times, and how often you get back-to-back same-day turns. Those tell us almost everything about how long a turn takes and how many we can chain in a day on that side of the bridge.

What do you need to quote an office or a facility?

Accepted Answer

The type of space, the square footage, how many nights a week you want covered, and your hours. For anything on the industrial side, tell us about shift changes and whether there is attached office space, because that usually decides when we can be there.
