Kiwi Cleaning Services was founded in 2026 on a simple idea: a cleaning company should tell you exactly what it is going to do, do that, and stand behind it. Not a franchise manual, not a price you find out about afterward, and not a list of promises nobody intends to check.

We started in South Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley, and the way we work there is the way we work everywhere. A written 42-point checklist so the fourth job of the week looks like the first. Eco-friendly, pet-safe products by default. All supplies and equipment brought with us, so you provide nothing but access to the door. One quote on your actual home before anyone starts, and that is the figure you pay.

Pensacola is a new market for us and we would rather say so than imply a history here we do not have. We are not going to tell you our people grew up on East Hill or that we have been turning condos on Pensacola Beach for a decade. What we will tell you is that we studied this market before we opened it -- the humidity and the salt air, the bridges between downtown and the islands, the two-bedroom condo turns that make up most of the beach work, the PCS calendar that moves households in and out of Navarre and Milton, and the storm season that everyone here plans around.

What that means in practice: we confirm crew availability for your area and your dates before we put anything on the schedule, rather than promising a slot first and sorting it out later. It is a slightly slower answer than you may be used to, and it is the honest one while we are building coverage across Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

The service area at launch is Pensacola and its neighborhoods, Cantonment, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Milton, Pace, Navarre and Navarre Beach. Same checklist, same products, same guarantee in all of them.
