Fowler is 11 miles southeast of downtown Fresno on CA-99, which makes it the closest town to Fresno in this market other than Clovis. About 7,100 people live here, up nearly six percent since 2020 -- the fastest percentage growth of the eight towns we launched with.
It is a vineyard town. Incorporated on 15 June 1908 and named for Thomas Fowler, a rancher and state senator, it has kept the shape that implies: a small business district along Merced Street, the Fowler Unified School District at the center of local life, and vineyards and orchards starting where the streets stop. Most residents drive into Fresno for anything big, and the short trip works just as well in the other direction for us.
The cleaning story is the CA-99 corridor story. Rain averages around 11 inches a year, summer runs 38 days over 100 degrees, harvest dust builds from August through October, and winter tule fog turns the whole thing damp. A house on the edge of the vineyards gets all of that, and the difference between a house that is cleaned on a schedule and one that is not shows up faster here than it does in a coastal town.
We cover ZIP 93625 with house cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in and move-out cleaning, on the same run as Selma, CA and Kingsburg.
