Kiwi Cleaning Services started with a simple frustration: hiring a cleaner should not be a gamble. Too many companies will not put a number in writing, send someone different every visit, and work off whatever checklist happens to be in that person's head. We built the opposite -- a written 42-point checklist that every visit follows, supplies and equipment we bring ourselves, and a quote for your actual home rather than a price list you have to argue with.
Fresno is a new market for us, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a history in the Central Valley we have not earned. What we bring on day one is the same standard we hold everywhere else we work, and a willingness to tell you what we can and cannot do before you book rather than afterwards.
That standard exists because of how we quote. We confirm crew availability in your area before anything goes on the schedule, and we come back to you within one business day. If a date is not workable we say so. A cleaning company that promises a slot it cannot hold is a cleaning company that will also tell you a job is done when it is not.
Fresno needs a cleaner who understands the place, not one running a script written for somewhere else. This is a valley that gets about 11 inches of rain a year and 38 days over 100 degrees, whose metro ranks near the bottom of the country for year-round particle pollution, where almond shaking coats everything from August through October and tule fog turns it all damp in January. It is also a market where a historic bungalow in the Tower District and a new build in Harlan Ranch are two genuinely different jobs. We plan the work around that, and around the eight towns beyond the city -- Clovis, Madera, Sanger, Reedley, Selma, CA, Kerman, Kingsburg and Fowler -- that we serve on real routes rather than as an afterthought.
About half of Fresno is Hispanic, and in most of the towns around it the share is closer to four in five. Every page on this site exists in Spanish, quote requests arrive in either language, and scheduling happens in whichever one you prefer. That is not a translation bolted on at the end. In this market it is the baseline.
