We reply within one business day. Fayetteville is a new market for us, so we confirm we can cover your address and your dates before anything goes on the schedule, rather than promising a slot first and sorting it out later.

Are your hours Eastern time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on North Carolina time, and North Carolina observes daylight saving, so the clock moves twice a year. Worth mentioning because our phone number carries a Texas area code: 956-505-KIWI reaches us the same way it always does, and the hours quoted on this site are your local hours, not ours.

What do you need to quote a house?

The type of cleaning, the size in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, which part of the market you are in, and how often you want us. It also helps to know about pets, whether the house has been sitting empty, and any rooms you would rather we skip. If it is a move-out, the single most useful thing you can send is the date of the walkthrough or inspection, because we build the schedule backward from it.

What do you need to quote an office or a commercial space?

Accepted Answer

Square footage, how many nights a week you want us, restroom count, floor types, and how after-hours access works. If it is a clinic or a childcare or school space, tell us about any disinfectant protocol you have to follow so we can put it in the scope rather than discover it later. Commercial quotes follow a free walk-through -- we would rather see the building than price it over the phone.

Question 5

Do you cover Lumberton, Pinehurst, Aberdeen or Dunn?

Not at launch. Our service area right now is Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Raeford, Sanford and Southern Pines, plus the smaller Cumberland County towns in between. Lumberton is about thirty miles south on I-95, Dunn is up I-95 the other way in Harnett County, and Pinehurst and Aberdeen are on the far side of Southern Pines. Ask anyway -- if we can reach you we will say yes, and if we cannot we will tell you rather than book it and cancel.

Can I book online or do I need to call?

Either. Use the quote form on this site, call 956-505-KIWI, or email info@kiwi-cleaners.com. If you manage several rental properties or a portfolio of units, email is usually easiest, because we can work straight off your calendar instead of taking each turn as a separate call.
