Cleaning Services in Spring Lake, NC
House cleaning and move-out cleaning for the gate town, eleven miles north of Fayetteville on NC 87.
Spring Lake sits eleven miles north of downtown Fayetteville on NC 87 and NC 24, or about ten by NC 210, and it is unlike anywhere else in this market for one reason: the town limits actually include portions of Fort Bragg and Pope Field. No other place here can say that. The modern town grew up off the installation during the Second World War, and it has been shaped by it ever since.
About 11,700 people live in the town, with ZIP 28390 carrying 24,000. Two numbers tell you most of what you need to know about the households in them. The median age is 26.5 -- the youngest place in this market by a distance. And 17.78 percent of residents are Hispanic, the highest share anywhere in Cumberland County and well above Fayetteville's 12.6. This is a town of young families and young households, many of them here on a posting rather than for a lifetime.
That last part is the whole shape of the cleaning work here. Spring Lake turns over. Leases end on dates that were set somewhere else, houses hand back with an inspection attached, and the same address can see three different families in six years. So while we do plenty of ordinary recurring house cleaning here, move-in and move-out cleaning is the service this town uses most, and we schedule it backward from your walkthrough date rather than forward from whenever we happen to be free. Send us the date the day you get it.
The town itself has more history than its size suggests. It was incorporated on 9 April 1951, but it was called Clayton Cut and then Prince's Siding before that, and took its present name around 1923 from a spring-fed lake that most likely formed when the railroad went through about 1860. The Little River runs west to east north of the town center. Long Valley Farm was added to the National Register in 1994. NC 87 and NC 24 run concurrently through town, NC 210 heads eighteen miles northeast to Lillington, and FAST -- the Fayetteville Area System of Transit -- serves Spring Lake as well as the city.
Spring Lake is also the first leg of our northern run. NC 87 continues twenty-six miles north from here to Sanford, which is how a city in Lee County ends up inside a Fayetteville market. If you are here, you are on the busiest road we drive.

Local Knowledge
One thing has to be said plainly on this page, because Spring Lake is the place where it will be asked most: portions of Fort Bragg and Pope Field fall inside these town limits, and we do not clean on post. On-post housing runs through Corvias, behind base access we have not established, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or contracted to the Army in any way. Civilian addresses in Spring Lake we cover the same as anywhere else in this market -- and that is the great majority of them. Beyond that, this town runs on move dates. The median age here is 26.5 and households turn over often, so move-in and move-out cleaning is the service Spring Lake uses hardest, and we build the schedule backward from your walkthrough. Spring Lake also has the highest Hispanic share in Cumberland County at 17.78 percent, and we take quotes and handle scheduling in English or Spanish, with a full Spanish version of every page on this site.
