How quickly will I get a response to my quote request?

We reply within one business day. Estes Park and Loveland are a new market for us, so we confirm we can cover your address and your dates before anything goes on the schedule, rather than promising a slot first and sorting it out later.

Are your hours Mountain time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work Monday to Saturday on Colorado time, and Colorado does observe daylight saving, so the clock moves twice a year the same way yours does if you are on the East or West Coast. Owners calling from Arizona are the ones this usually trips up, since Arizona time does not move.

What information do you need to quote a rental turnover?

Bedrooms and bathrooms, how many the property sleeps, whether linens stay on site or go out for laundering, your usual checkout and check-in times, and whether there are decks, porches or a mud room that need attention. Those five things tell us most of what we need to know about how long a turn takes. If you run several properties, send the list and we will work from your calendar rather than asking you to call in each turn.

What do you need to quote a house or a commercial space?

Accepted Answer

For a home: the type of cleaning, the size in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, the town, and how often you want us. Pets, wood stoves or fireplaces, and any rooms you would rather we skip are worth mentioning up front. For an office, a shop or a lodging property: square footage, how many nights a week you want us, restroom count, floor types, and how after-hours access works.

Can you get to my place in the winter?

Usually, and we will tell you honestly when we cannot. The canyon roads and the Peak to Peak see real weather, so for mountain addresses we confirm the day before and we would rather move a visit than send someone into a storm and arrive late to the next three houses. Cell coverage is thin in some of these communities, particularly around Allenspark, so give us an email address as well as a phone number and confirmations will actually reach you.
