Kiwi Cleaning Services started with one stubborn idea: a cleaning company should be able to tell you exactly what it is going to do before it does it, and then do that same thing every single visit. That is where the 42-point checklist came from. It is why we bring our own supplies instead of using whatever is under your sink, and it is why we would rather reclean a job free within 24 hours than argue about whether it was good enough.

Broken Bow is a new market for us, and we are not going to dress that up. We have not been cleaning cabins in the Kiamichi foothills for a decade and we are not going to pretend otherwise on a web page. What we can tell you is why we came: a town of about 4,200 people with roughly three thousand rental cabins around it, more than two million visitors a year, and hosts who are running those cabins as real businesses rather than as spare rooms.

That last part shaped how we work here. A host with a three-bedroom cabin that sleeps ten is not asking for a housekeeper, they are asking for an operations partner who understands that checkout and check-in are hours apart, that Friday and Sunday are the days everything happens at once, and that the spring-break run is where the schedule has the least slack in it. So our turnovers run as a fixed sequence, they end with photos of every room sent to you, and anything broken or missing gets reported to you before a guest finds it.

Everything else we do here follows from the same standard: house cleaning on a schedule you set, deep cleans for a cabin coming out of peak season or a second home being opened up, move-in and move-out cleans including the first clean on a new build, and commercial cleaning for offices and storefronts in Idabel and along the US-259 strip. Same checklist, same products, same guarantee, whether the address is a cabin on the lake side or a house in town.
