About Kiwi Cleaning Services in Paterson, NJ
The company is new to North Jersey. The cleaners are not -- they work these towns.
How We Got to Paterson
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.
Paterson happened the way we prefer markets to happen: the people came first. Our cleaners work Paterson, Clifton, Passaic and Wayne, and the market opened because the crew was already here -- not because a spreadsheet said Passaic County looked promising.
The four towns are genuinely four different jobs. Paterson is a two- and three-family city where most of what we clean is a floor of a house reached by a shared stair, in stock that is largely older than 1950 -- original hardwood, plaster, deep casings, radiators, old tile. Passaic is the same story turned up: older still, more rented still, and more of it Spanish-speaking than anywhere else we work. Clifton sits in the middle and has to be served both ways, because a two-family in Botany Village and a house in Allwood are not the same visit. And Wayne is the opposite market entirely -- a township of detached, owner-occupied, postwar houses spread over far more ground, where the job is square footage and the calendar is a commute. One written checklist covers all four, and the time it takes moves with the home.
Companies have cleaned this county for a long time, and several of the local operators here are genuinely good at it. We are not going to pretend a history here we do not have, claim credentials we have not earned, or invent a review count. There is not a claim on this site we cannot back up on the day you book. What we offer instead is simpler: cleaners who already work these towns, a written standard, complete service in Spanish and English, and a guarantee with no fine print -- if a clean is not right, we come back and reclean it free within 24 hours.

Our Values
The Same Clean Every Visit
Our 42-point checklist is written down, not remembered. A second-floor unit on Sandy Hill and a detached house in Wayne follow the same standard, and nothing depends on who happened to show up that day.
Actually Local
Our cleaners work these towns. Your home is on a Passaic County route, not at the end of a drive from somewhere else -- and the people cleaning it have worked a two-family stair before.
Two Languages, One Standard
We take quotes, schedule work and answer questions in Spanish or English, and every page here has a full Spanish version. Hablamos español, de principio a fin.
