What do you need to quote a house?

Accepted Answer

The type of cleaning, the size in bedrooms and bathrooms or in square footage, the town, and how often you want us. Pets, stairs, how much hard floor there is, and any rooms you would rather we skip are useful up front. If the house has been empty for a while, or has just come through a renovation, say so -- both change the first visit substantially.

What do you need to quote an office or a business?

Accepted Answer

Your operating hours, the square footage and layout, the floor types, how much traffic comes through, and any site access, sign-in or safety requirements. Then we walk the building. Commercial work here gets a free walk-through and a written scope -- what happens nightly, what happens weekly, what happens monthly -- before anybody quotes a number.

Can you work Saturdays?

Yes. Our hours run Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mountain time. Saturday earns its place in this market on the lease calendar: move-outs in May and move-ins in August around the University of Northern Colorado and Aims land on weekends, and a deposit deadline does not move for anybody.

How far out do you cover, and does the drive change anything?

It changes scheduling, not whether we come. Evans is about ten minutes from Greeley and Eaton about twenty, so the inner ring is easy. Severance, Johnstown, Windsor and Milliken sit together roughly half an hour west, which is why we route them as one trip rather than four. Fort Lupton is the long leg at 29 miles down a signalized stretch of US-85, and we plan it as a block of work rather than a single stop. We will tell you which days suit your address before you book, not after.

My town gets its mail under a different name. Does that matter?

Only for us, not for you -- but it is why we ask for the street address. Several places in this county are served by a neighboring town's post office, Garden City has no postal city of its own at all, and a couple of Greeley ZIPs are post office boxes rather than delivery routes. Give us the address and we will work out coverage; do not worry about matching a ZIP to a town name yourself.
