Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas with one idea: a cleaning company should tell you exactly what it is going to do, do that, and stand behind it. Everything we built came out of that -- the written 42-point checklist, the Kiwi Clean Guarantee, and quoting the home in front of us instead of reading a number off a price list.

Cache Valley is a new market for us, and we say so plainly rather than arriving with a stack of claims we have not earned here yet. What we bring is the part of the business that does not depend on tenure: a checklist every visit follows, eco-friendly products that are safe around kids and pets, all our own supplies and equipment, and a free re-clean within 24 hours if a job is not right.

We did the homework before we opened here, because northern Utah asks different questions of a cleaning company than South Texas does. Logan gets only about 19 inches of precipitation a year, so summers are dry and dust settles on every sill, track and fan. Then the winters bring snow, and with it months of slush, grit and mud through the entry, the garage door and down the basement stairs. Our checklist spends its time in different places here than the Texas version does.

The other thing we studied is the calendar. Logan is a college town: about 62.8 percent of occupied homes in the city are rented, the median resident is about 24, and Utah State University reported a fall 2024 headcount of 28,900 across all its campuses. Leases turn over on a semester calendar, so move-in and move-out cleaning stops being an add-on and becomes the second thing on our list. A few miles out, Providence and Smithfield are mostly detached family houses, and more than half of the housing in Smithfield and North Logan was built in 2000 or later, which is a different job again. One written checklist covers both, and the time it takes moves with the home.

Companies have cleaned this valley for years, and some of them are good at it; at least one already publishes pages for several of these towns. We are not going to pretend a history here we do not have, claim credentials we have not earned, or invent a review count. There is not a claim on this site we cannot back up on the day you book.
