How We Got to Cambridge
Kiwi Cleaning Services started in 2026 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, built around one stubborn idea: a cleaning should be the same on the tenth visit as it was on the first, and the customer should not have to inspect it to find out. Everything we do came out of that -- a written 42-point checklist instead of a cleaner deciding what counts as done, a clear quote for the actual property before anyone starts, and a free re-clean within 24 hours when we miss.
Cambridge happened the way we prefer markets to happen: the people came first. The cleaners who work Cambridge, Somerville and Medford were already driving this corner, and the market opened around them rather than the other way around. It is our first market in New England, and we are not going to pretend the company has been here longer than it has.
