Kiwi Cleaning Services was born from a simple idea: the Rio Grande Valley deserves a cleaning company that treats every home like it matters. That is the standard we set when we started the business right here in Olmito, TX.
Growing up in the Valley, we saw the gap between what local families needed and what was available. Too many cleaning services would not put a number in writing or could not communicate bilingually in a community where 93% of the population is Hispanic. Kiwi Cleaning was built to fill that gap.
We personally manage quality on every job. We built the 42-point clean checklist, developed the Kiwi Clean Guarantee (reclean for free within 24 hours if you are not satisfied), and hand-select every team member ourselves. This is not a franchise operation with distant corporate oversight -- this is a locally owned business that stakes its reputation on every cleaning.
Brownsville is our anchor city and where most of our work happens, but the same crew standards travel with us to all 11 nearby cities we serve, from South Padre Island turnovers to McAllen offices. If we would not do it in our own house, we do not do it in yours.
